About

Hi, I’m Hendra.

I write here to slow down and make sense of things. Work, life, and the small moments in between.

Most days, I work as a Support Specialist at RebelCode, a company that builds WordPress plugins used by tens of thousands of website owners worldwide. My role is simple in description but complex in practice. I help people when things break, when expectations are not met, and when frustration runs high.

Working in support has shaped how I see communication. It has taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of responding thoughtfully instead of reacting quickly. Behind every ticket is a person trying to solve a problem. Behind every complaint is usually pressure, urgency, or responsibility.

Outside of work, I’m learning to live with more intention. I’m drawn to quiet mornings, long drives, and places that remind me the world does not always move at full speed.

This blog is a simple place to collect what I’m learning.

Sometimes the posts are about support. Sometimes they are about travel, family, or personal habits. The common thread is reflection. I’m not trying to present a perfect version of life here. I just want to notice what matters and write it down while it’s still honest.

If something here resonates with you, I’m glad you’re reading.
